You all knew Knit 1 was for sale and after months of wondering here’s where we are: We received bad news concerning a family member’s health recently and instead of keeping the store open in hopes of selling we’ve decided to close up shop. Life is definitely too short! And because of our sense of urgency to spend time with our family we will start closing this week… such short notice we know but so much to do.
The hardest thing about closing a thriving business is seeing the thriving community that was Knit 1 come to an end. Knit 1 was my home away from home for the last 4 + years and I know for many of you it was yours too and even though the space of Knit 1 will no longer exist I know the spirit of Knit 1 will and that's the best measure of success I could ask for.
